ATL's parent company; PSI, provides worldwide operational Program Management, logistics, IT Support, IT Analytical and technological analysis, integration, testing and the implementation of the Risk Management Framework for AFSOC systems.  We provide systems engineering, support for development, prototyping, sustainment, test and evaluation, and technology transition of C2MS II systems, sensors and networks in support of mission requirements. In general, we provide database management / Cloud services, server, network, radio, and client administration, operations, maintenance, and engineering support for the entirety of the AFSOC C2MS II mission operations.

PSI provides overall program management for the AFSOC C2MS program spanning 170 personnel, 3 CONUS, 2 OCONUS and several deployed locations, to include combat zones.

We provide a team of 8 project managers to oversee every capability area provided to the C2MS II. The program management team provides Integrated Master Schedules for each project within the C2MS II program.  The PM team ensures contract deliverables are not just compliant, but of high quality providing more transparency and details than established in CDRL.
