Since 2010, ATL's parent company:PSI, has been the enterprise test agent for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and provided support services to the Office of Information Technology (OIT) VA Enterprise Testing Service (ETS) organization in the areas of Capacity Planning Analysis; Risk and Criticality testing and evaluation support, requirements validation testing, performance testing, system integration/interoperability testing, test observation  and validation, work product review, patient safety issue testing, operational readiness review/reporting); Testing Systems Engineering & Implementation (TSEI); Services Expansion Initiative; and Program Management Support.

ATL supports ETS and their support to the VA’s mission to promote standardization, improve released software quality, and provide effectiveness of healthcare delivery through planned and controlled evaluation, testing, and reporting of test results through documentation and promulgation of testing policies and procedures. PSI worked hand-in-hand with Product Development (PD) teams and completed testing activities, ensured all tested application increments and legacy VistA enhancements met or exceeded all acceptance criteria and requirements, and performed efficient and effective production. This testing ensured that applications appropriately behaved in their environments and performed according to specifications.
